After finding out my auntie had been diagnosed with cancer 7 years ago, my family and I made a promise that we would compete in Race for Life every year and raise money for Cancer Research in support of my auntie's battle. My auntie sadly passed away last summer after a brave and tough fight and we miss her every day. My family and I will continue to raise money in the hope that one day a cure will be found and will be able to prevent the pain and suffering that cancer brings.
