The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Peeps!!

Most of you who know me would know I love the gym as much as anyone loves paying taxes. BUT this year I've realised I've been taking for granted my healthy arms and legs. Sitting next to a bunch of ironman, triathlete and a little bullet who races for England I thought maybe it's not so hard!

So it brings me to this. 100km ride. I signed up before I could truly grasp how far 100km really is, with only a vague and fussy sense that it's gonna be a challenge.

I'm pleased (and scared) to be doing this to raise funds for the Prince's Trust. It's a charity which helps the under-privileged children/ young adults to have a chance to transform their lives.

I hope you guys would donate to at least see me in those silly bike shorts huffing and puffing for 9+ hours!
