<p>THE CHARITY: Macmillan Cancer Support</p> <p>THE CHALLENGE: John O Groats to Lands End Cycle</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Many of you will have heard of this charity before, but Macmillan "improves the lives of people affected by cancer. One in three of us will get cancer. We are all affected by cancer. We can all help." You can help, by donating and supporting our fundraising efforts. Unforunately as some of you will know, my family has been touched by cancer, so Macmillan was an easy choice.....please donate anything you can, it really can make a difference.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>And so to the challenge...Myself, Mark and Sudhir have taken up the challenge of riding the classic end-to-end, from John O Groats to Lands End. Starting on April 15th we will cycle the 1000 mile route over two weeks, arriving in Lands End on April 28th....this will be no mean feat, as you'll remember we'd never cycled any real distance before last year, and the only real multi-day ride we've done was the London to Paris last year - that was <strong><em>only</em></strong> 350 miles.....so yeah we're&nbsp;really going all out for this one.&nbsp;As much as it is about personal achievement, it's a real bonus that we can use challenges like this&nbsp;to raise for fantastic charities, in this case focusing our efforts on Macmillan....Please join our FB page "JOGLE for Macmillan 2012" for regular updates!!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Much love, Jay xx</p>
