So it&rsquo;s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now.</p> <p>The challenge is to walk 40 miles across the Ridgeway (see web site for more information and maps, <a href="http://www.ridgeway40.org.uk">www.ridgeway40.org.uk</a>) as some of you will know I tried to do this last year and did not quite make it, thank you St.John Ambulance service, but this year I intend to finish the course in under 12 hours.</p> <p>I am raising money for a local charity called Hearts and Souls ( Charity number 1074811) The support group raises money to aid the cardiac rehabilitation services in South Buckinghamshire. They do this by purchasing and maintaing equipment for cardiac referral&nbsp;classes and helping train and support the qualified trainers in their further education.</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Jason</p>
