My story

For those that know me what you are about to read will be truly incredible and will prompt you seek proof! Yes, I have decided to join a 130 miles, 3 day bike ride around Marrakesh to raise much needed money for Nordoff Robbins, Childline and the Teenage Cancer Trust.

To achieve this feat I need to

1. Learn to ride a bike properly,

2. Lose at least 30 kgs, about 4 stone and get fit!

I have made a good start but now understand how painful cycling can be!!! I am told I will look very fetching in a lycra mankini! 

Very generously Abu Dhabi has built a Formula 1 circuit for me to train on (hence the pictures) for which I am very grateful. It even has a hill! Training temperatures range from 35 degrees to 45 degrees so I will be heat adjusted by October.

I hope that you will support me in the cause and give generously to Nordoff Robbins. I am paying all my costs so all donations will go to Charity.
