I will be taking part in the Palace to Palace bike ride on 5th October in support of the Princes Trust. The Prince's Trust supports 13 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion. The Trust’s programmes give vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills for work.

Every donation, however small, helps the Trust to transform the lives of young people who would otherwise have nowehere to turn. Many thanks in advance for supporting me and helping to fund the vital work the trust does in our communities.
