Thanks for taking the time to visit my Trek the Grand Canyon page.

Everyone knows how super fit I am and how well suited my body shape is to climbing down, through and back out of the Grand Canyon, over four days with nights under canvas and days navigating  steep inclines. No showers or proper toilets and I've been told that my Blackberry won't work.

Well I'm doing it for Kisharon, who provide vital support for hundreds of people with learning difficulties and their families. Kisharon services, located over seven sites, cater for the needs of the learning disabled at every stage of their lives – from a nursery and school, right through to residential services and work opportunities. Kisharon provides support for each individual to develop their potential and live a fulfilling life within the community.

Kisharon has an integrated nursery, a day school, college, supported living, residential accommodation, and a business centre where young adults with learning difficulties learn to work in a variety of different businesses.
