My story
I have always said that before I hit the age of 40 I wanted to run and successfully complete a marathon this age has infact now passed (only slightly) but better late then never I always say.
First step I thought was to actually get myself booked into one, so on 22nd April 2012 I will doing the Virgin London Marathon.
Second step I thought was to start training, which i can confirm i have been doing but being the busy businessman I am it's hard at times.
Finally I said to myself to just have fun and enjoy myself, well maybe after I've completed it.
Let the training begin/continue and lets get the sponsors rolling in.

The Norfolk Hospice ,Tapping House provides palliative care to people with cancer, neurological & other life-limiting conditions, to enable them to live life to the full for whatever time is left. We care for over 280 people a month, provided without charge throughout Norfolk & the Fens .
