<p>Throughout much of my life my talent and build was much more suited to the blue ribboned events of the 100m and 200m but age has finally caught up with me so I've decided to take on the challenge of running my virgin London Marathon. Running is not enjoyable for me, its very much a chore, so if the great work that Leukaemia Care does is not enough to make you dig deep, then I hope the thought of me suffering 3/4 times a week in the dark, cold sometimes wet and sometimes snowy evenings along Twickenham streets is. This is a one time opportunity so please inspire me to make it worthwhile.</p>
