Khalsa Aid (KA) is primarily a international humanitarian relief agency, based on the teachings of the Sikh Gurus who preached well being of all humanity. Since the launch of KA in 1999 we have provided aid in many different disasters.Most recently Khalsa Aid has launched projects in Punjab.

Story

As the Sikh Society year is drawing to an end what more rewarding experience than taking part in a sponsored walk, to raise money for Khalsa Aid.

Khalsa Aid begun in 1999 with a group of individuals coming together along with the local Sangat to raise enough money to help those leaving the bloody war in Kosvo to reach peaceful and safe Albania. The concept was begun and with Waheguru Ji’s kirpa they have been working hard for over 10 years, helping in North America & Asia providing relief assistance to victims of disaster, wars and other tragic events.

They are currently still helping earthquake stricken Haiti to get back on its feet, and overcome the effects of the terrible disaster that rocked the country. They are also undertaking work in Punjab, with initiatives to help the youngsters and poverty stricken individuals there.
