This August I will be participating in the Total Warrior 10k event, where my physical and mental fitness will be pushed. I will be raising money for Cancer research, whose work continues to help those affected by the terrible disease.

I have set the target to raise at £500 but it would mean so much if this target could be beaten. So if its only fiver or even a pound, please donate and then tell a friend or colleague about this page.

If you know somebody with or have lost somebody through cancer and would like my run to be for them, send a photo and a quick email to pug_life85@hotmail.com and I will put their photo and a short message about them on my run T-shirt.
