I am once again donning my trainers and running the Cardiff 1/2 Marathon and I hope to raise as much money as possible for Breast Cancer Care in the process.

I may have overindulged during the summer, going a bit OTT on an All-Inclusive holiday and by my own admission I am very overweight at the moment!  (The photo was taken just before I ran the London Marathon, I'm about 3 stone heavier now!! So don't be fooled by the image) on top of this I also have a STRESS FRACTURE OF THE FOOT - just one month before the race.       Which makes this task just that little bit harder but I'm determined to complete this run and I WILL complete it.
