Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'll be embarking on a volunteer trip to Vietnam this April-May to help build a school in one of the economically poorest countries in the world. Education is one of the most powerful tools for development, by breaking the cycle of poverty, illiteracy and low expectations. By building the school, we'll be able to provide a strong foundation for the children's future growth.

This project in particular is to help expand the ailing infrastructure in the Ban Xo Pre-School and Primary School located in Mai Chau district in northern Vietnam. Together with a team of other Siemens CFA volunteers, we will build a kitchen to cook nutritious and healthy meals for the students, and a fence around the school to keep the wild animals out.

I'd like to ask your support for the cause! Feel free to send comments, share with your friends, or donate to my fundraising page. The entire volunteer trip is based on donations, and the money will be used to help build the school.

Thank you for your time and generosity!
