I'm taking part in this year's Barcelona Triathlon in aid of Admiral Nurses, who specialise in looking after the unfortunate sufferers of dementia - more commonly called Alzheimer's disease.

I'll be swimming 1.5km, cycling 40km and running 10km for this great cause and any sponsorship you could offer would be greatly appreciated by me, but moreover, Admiral Nurses.
