Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am a second year Architecture student studying at The University of Nottingham. As a group of students and staff, we are fundraising to help build a nursery school in Lephepane Village, Limpopo, South Africa. It is one of the poorest, least developed parts of the country, with high levels of unemployment.

Your donation will go towards the building materials, tools, subcontracted works and project logistics required to build the school. We will pay for our flights and accommodation ourselves. Our target for the project is to raise £37,000. Your donation will therefore help provide a bright, clean and safe environment for teaching basic skills, play and music to village children. It will also provide employment for the local women who teach in the nursery school, cook meals and play with the kids.

Thank you!
