I'm raising money for the Oxford Transplant Centre because they have looked after me since I was 18 and continue to do so following my kidney transplant. They also look after other members of my family and this is my way of raising awareness of the incredible work that they do.

Any money donated will go toward the building of a new transplant centre in Oxford and with a predicted cost of around £5million, every contribution helps.
