As most of you will know I'm very involved with Unicef through NextGen and am once again taking up the Royal Parks as my annual session of self embarrassment where I organise a team of runners and then duly get beaten by all of them...

However, this is a fantastic cause and worth the humiliation. I was fortunate enough to visit the refugee camps in Lebanon this year and can confidently tell you that any money you donate is going to fantastic projects that are making a real impact to people's lives.
