I am taking on the challenge of cycling from London to Paris over 3-days. I am doing this to raise vital funds for a fantastic charity, ASTRiiD.

ASTRiiD is a Charity aimed at helping people whose lives are affected by chronic, long term illness to find paid and voluntary employment. Their online platform matches candidates with employers who have an enlightened attitude to those who are convalescing after serious illness.
