Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am planning to Trek 100km within the Arctic Circle in Greenland for 5-6 days along with up to 100 of my HSBC colleagues from around the world to raise vital funds for WaterAid.  As the world's largest island, Greenland is the least densely populated territory in the world with a population of less than 60,000, the trek will take us through untamed land, some of which is untouched by human civilization.

With 80% of landmass covered in ice, we will trek across multiple terrains such as tundra and glaciers while camping in cold conditions, surviving on basic meals and cut off from all modern conveniences we take for granted.  This remote expedition is not for the faint hearted.... :-)

Help me in this journey of exploration for myself, my colleagues and to help make a difference in this world.  Just because you can't be there with me...doesn't mean I won't be taking a part of all of you with me, in knowing that you are supporting my journey.

Thank you for your for your thoughts, prayers and donations!

Did you know.......water is becoming a more scarce resource.  In less than two years, two-thirds of the world's population could be living under water stressed conditions.
