We’re leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. We’re here to make sure children and young people get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties. Join our fight.

Story

Apparently age 52 is when many women are  at their most confident ..

So - inspired by my courageous friend Sahira Irshad -  who leads the Sheffield charity MumsUnited …

… while I’m still 52 I’ve decided to push myself MASSIVELY out of my comfort zone.

I’m going to try to be funny….. for 5 long, squirmy and cringeful minutes …. yikes!

And guess what?! I'll be performing at the iconic Leadmill in Sheffield!

If you can sponsor me, every pound will help me get through my Stand Up Comedy set, and will support Young Minds in helping all young people get the mental health support they need, when they need it.

PS My friend tells me “50 is the new 30 “. No wonder she's banned from driving :-/
