I've taken on this challenge on the anniversary of Helen's death, taken from us so suddenly 4th August 2017 as I want to commemorate the occasion in positive fashion.

Given my love of sea swimming - although nothing as serious as this - I could not think of anything more appropriate and have been in training for the last 6 months.

All proceeds will go to Velindre Cancer Centre via Team Sue. Please give generously!
