<p>This year I'm going to <em><strong>"Do It For Pat". </strong></em></p> <p>For the third (and final time?), I am going to drag myself around the London Marathon course in memory of my late father-in-law who sadly lost his valiant fight against cancer last year. <br><br>In his last weeks, Pat and his family benefited from&nbsp;the&nbsp;incredible care and devotion of all those at&nbsp;The Marlets Hospice&nbsp;in Hove.
