Carol and I are returning from France to take part in this challenging ride from Cardiff, via Rhayader and Porthmadog to the Wirral, with other members of the Dobs and Fobs cycling club.

In total we will be cycling about 280 miles over 3 days, on what  is one of the toughest long distance routes on the National cycle network.

This us particularly difficult for Carol who has only taken up serious bike riding over the last 2 months.
