Dear Friends,

 

The weather in the Lakes was fantastic and I made it round the mile in Windermere.   My time was 38' 27" and I was 5th in my 65-67 age group - not so shabby as they say in Australia.

 

But most important, THANK YOU all for donating some £1200 to date, well over the target.   I'm very pleased that MARIE CURIE CANCER CARE will get all this and that so many of you have sent me messages about Ken Lowe, John Davidson or Dave Olive.
