On March 1st 2020, I will be hiking 100km in 5 days up Mount Cotopaxi in Ecuador for Mind Mental Health.

Myself and 99 other colleagues from around the world will be completing this challenge and I am so fortunate to have been given this opportunity. This will be the biggest physical and mental challenge I've ever done to date!

A bit about why I'm doing this -

In March 2018, I was sexual assaulted. I was so fortunate in the sense that I had friends and family who were extremely supportive of me(once I finally had the courage to tell them). Already dealing with anxiety and depression since 13, I then developed PTSD. I was able to get help that I needed through work.  Not everyone has the same access to mental health as I did, and I want to make sure that anyone with mental health issues has access to the same facilities that I did.
