As part of the wonderful craziness that is being part of the Jing teaching team I'm running the Worthing Half Marathon on the 14th February. 21.1km or 13.1 miles...............!!!!! Think you'll agree that's pretty far!!!

If you would be so kind as support this endeavour I would be mega grateful. Support can come in many forms: tequila at the finish line; accompanying me on one of my many, many, many training runs or from the comfort of your own home in the form of cold, hard, cash!!!

In the spirit of Jing Love we are raising money for a marvellous local charity Enhance the UK. Their aims are to educate people of all ages about disability as well as assisting those with a disability in playing a full and active role in society.

As well as encouraging stereotypes about disability to be broken across workplaces, schools and communities, Enhance strive to break down the taboo around sex and disability. The topic of physical relationships is often overlooked or rushed over when
people struggle to see past the disability rather than the emotional
person inside. Everyone, no matter how their body works, deserves to find love and deserves companionship; if able bodied people have questions about sex, why is a disabled person any different?! Enhance tackle these issues in a candid and open way, with an open forum and projects across the UK.
