Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Obviously Dan and I taking part in any race together (especially one involving a wetsuit transition) will be hilarious. First, a little about Save the Children:-

In 2012, Save The Children responded to emergencies in 39 different countries, delivering food, water, healthcare, protection and education to 4 million children and their family members.

Their current emergency campaigns include helping children in:-

  •  Syria (where the civil war has cost the lives of more than 11,000 children and turned 1 million into refugees)
  • Libya - where more than 1.5 million people fled and another 100,000 were internally displaced
  • The Philippines where more than 500,00 homes were washed away by Typhoon Haiyan

We've pushed ourselves  for this event (Jenn had had to resort to nose pegs) and Dan has supported all the way (#EastbourneseainApril).

This will definitely be a challenge for us so please help support Save the Children and donate!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
