We help unwanted and vulnerable animals to find loving forever homes

Story

I've been a long time trying to think what I can do to show my gratitude to Friends of Animals, and well, not drinking any alcohol during December 2020 seems a hard enough task to get me some sponsorship! Dry January is such a cop out!!

Why FOAW? I have 4 very personal furry reasons, but FOAW was  the only animal rescue charity prepared to help me during lockdown. FOAW never closed their doors, despite their funding sources drying up. Their no kill policy and campaign against puppy farming only make me love this charity more.

Anything you can give will go straight to the animals that desperately need it. Not an animal person? Well, there is an undisputable bond between animals and people that helps with both mental and physical health, plus I'm not drinking any gin or prosecco or anything else that I love during a lockdown tiered virus ridden month of Christmas and birthday frivolities so just shush up and donate!

About the charity

we are a small independent Charity based in South Wales, who try to help animals in need, mainly dogs, cats and rabbits that are unwanted or vulnerable then find them loving forever homes. We are very proud of our non-destruct policy
