People that know me will know that running 1 mile doesn't exactly come naturally.....let alone 13, not only that but I have decided to run the Eden Project 1/2 Marathon which is possibility the hilliest 13 miles in the Country.  It's going to be hard!

The money I am raising is going to go towards providing assistive technology for people United Response support in Cornwall.

Almost half of the people we support cannot speak. Your support could help us to buy small fairly inexpensive items that can make a huge difference to peoples lives.  For example:

£20 could buy a talking watch to help someone who finds it difficult to tell the time £60 could buy a communication aid with twelve message buttons, each carrying up to 10 seconds of speech, sound or music. This would help someone with no speech to communicate simple messages £100 could buy a ‘big switch’. This would allow someone who may have just one body movement that they can control, to say yes or no - possibly for the first time in their life.
