On Sunday 19th June, at around 7 in the morning, while you'll be tucked up warm in your beds, Paul and I and at least 300 other people of questionable sanity will be getting ready to strip off naked and peg it like happy flamingos right into the freezing sea at Rhosilli bay to try and break a world record for skinny dipping!  We're doing it to raise money for Marie Curie cancer care (and because we're too stupid to say no!)

While we're willing to get out our wobbly bits, we're asking that you be willing (and kind enough) to get out your wallets and donate a pound or two.  You can keep your clothes on for that at least!
