John and I are running in the St George's School Great Curry Run 2013.

We are running in memory of two soldiers.

Sgt Matthew Telford of the Grenadier Guards 1st Battalion, died aged 37. He was shot by a rogue Afghan policeman in an unprovoked attack on 03/11/09 in Helmand.

Corporal Michael John Thacker of 1st Battalion, the Royal Welsh, The Royal Welch Fusiliers, died aged 27. He was shot while on duty at an observation point in Helmand.

St George's are trying to raise funds and also awareness for The Soldiers Charity by hosting the Great Curry Run 2013.
