I am doing a 200ft freefall abseil on the 22nd August at Bewl water. It is the first time that this has been done in the south east so wish me luck!!!!!!

The Hospice in the Weald is an amazing charity and one that helped myself and family a lot so the more i help to raise the better!!!!
