RAG Charity Skydive · 24 April 2010

Leeds Mencap offers compassionate, tailored support to children and young people in the city who have learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. We support both them and their families and carers to develop their strengths, build lasting connections and achieve their full potential.

Story

In April (the 24th to be exact) 2010 I will be leaping (although probably more likely pushed- it's gonna be nervewracking!) from a plane at 1500 feet, free falling for a minute and then cruising steadily back down to the planet via the very popular form of transport- parachute.

It's all in aid of the charity Leeds Mencap, who work to improve the lives of children and adults with learning disabilities, and their families and carers. It's for such a worthwhile cause, so I would be eternally grateful for any support you may be able to give me through a donation, no matter how small!

In return I'll be sure to entertain you with hideous photos of my 'skydive face' afterward. (The chubbiness of my cheeks is bound to prove an entertaining sight)

Thank you so so much everyone!
