Story
So January 2017 came I quit smoking and joined the gym with the New Years Resolution of 'New Year, New me' and the desperate hope that it would only last a few days and I would be back to my old binge life style of crisps, fags, chocolate and drink. Until I was given the opportunity to apply for the AJ Bell London Triathlon on the 22nd July To raise funds and awareness for one of TSB's charity partners, Erskine Hospital as it is more commonly known.
Jenny applied, Jenny got accepted, Jenny also didn't know what she was in for...
2 months ago I was taken on a tour of part of Erskine Hospital. I was completely overwhelmed by how dedicated the staff were and how much everyone who resided at the hospital enjoyed being there. Serving our countries Veterans and their spouses as they have served us.
Now with just under 3 weeks to go, training and fitness levels peaking, still not looked back and fundraising for a superb charity, I'm ready to smash my first triathlon 💪🏽.
I'm aiming to raise £500 for Erskine and would love for you to help me smash my target too. 💕
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
