My Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007. She got the all clear this year and is in remission now. Yeay!!!

Hopefully this is the end of her cancer story but for others, its just the beginning. Macmillan are FAB! She got some lovely goodies and pampering from them when she was having treatment and I know this helped her.

In the spirit for giving back, I thought it would be a good time to run my socks off to say a big "Thanks" to Macmillian by raising some cash! Now to the challenge.....

Those who know me well will know that sport has never been my friend (not through lack of trying on my part!!).

Previous sporting achievements have included 'ugly crying' in a kayak in the middle of a lake, telling Struan I would pay him £100 so I didn't have to do a 5k and puking on a horse's head while pony treking. A 13mile run will be a breeze!
