In memory of Lewis Munro Loughlin
We raise funds for equipment and services to ensure Alder Hey remains world class.

Story

For those who don't know, Lewis passed away aged 30 days in April 2010. The cause of death was only found out after Lewis passed away and was found to be whooping cough. It was so unexpected and completely turned everyone's world upside down. I don't want his passing to be in vain so I have vowed to raise as much money as possible in Lewis' memory for this truly amazing hospital. Having already raised £8k + in the past 4 years, my aim is to raise £30k however long it takes ....

The next event is certainly going to be a physical and mental challenge. Me, my beautiful sister & my brother in law are taking part in a 54 mile trek, to be in completed in 24 hours, in the Peak District. This will take place 5 - 6th September 2015. We are aiming to raise a total of £1500 for Alder Hey Children's Hospital. The money will benefit ICU and bereavement suite. Without the help and amazing work from both of these the loss of Lewis would have been dramatically worse.

Please help us reach and hopefully smash our target. Many thanks from the bottom of our hearts.
