15 year old Jack passed away in October 2018, but his example whilst facing the most challenging circumstances continues to inspire. Countless supporters have taken on challenges and donated in his name to causes close to his heart as part of #TeamJack. 

Jack’s family and friends have raised nearly £100,000 for Sheffield Children’s Hospital. This is an incredible achievement from such a tragic event. Please donate generously to this excellent cause! Let’s all remember Jack.
