Six months ago, the whole of the Cascade team were asked to take part in a charity event... six months later and 4 team members down we are the only ones left standing (or running) and on the 26th May will be running the Manchester 10K.

Now whilst we recognise a lot of you gym bunnies run 10K every weekend, please bear in mind before training commenced the furthest we had run was to the vending machine. We have been training hard around our busy work commitments and aim to run the course in under an hour (eeek!)

We have chosen to raise money for Cancer Research UK as we believe the future to beating cancer is in prevention.

Please donate as much or little as you can and if anyone wants a cheap laugh feel free to come and watch us cross the finish line.
