I am literally going to be in the dog house at the end of June as I'm doing a sponsored sleep in at Daybreaks Kennels - home of Perry Barr Retired Greyhound Trust. #mce_temp_url#

Many of you will know I adopted a greyhound, Cookie from these kennels last year and she is, quite frankly, a supermodel of the dog world!

Daybreaks is renovating six kennels to make these lovely dogs as comfortable as possible while they look for their new home, costing £6,000. They have already rehomed almost 1500 dogs, who would otherwise have been given (or thrown) away at the end of their racing life.

Yes it is a bit odd, no the dog isn't coming with me - she'll be at home on the sofa, but if you could donate a couple of quid that would be fab.
