I'm running 10k for the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre, which gives free support to cancer patients and their families. I have NEVER run a race before - I've been training since January, when I couldn't even keep up with 3 minute run/1 minute walk intervals, so this is a big deal for me. Even if I have to walk or crawl, I will get round, so please give whatever you can to spur me on my way!
