We have a CAP** centre based at our church and recently I've heard stories from courageous people about how debt has left them isolated, fearful, even suicidal.  CAP** gets involved in life-changing, practical ways, enabling people to walk into debt freedom.  It is so brilliant to see the difference that is made in people's lives.

On 12 July I'm going to be riding from London to Brighton with a team of others wanting to raise money so CAP** can get alongside even more people.  

Those who know me will know I love to cycle (tho I must admit I don't especially love that last big hill into Brighton) - so basically, what I'm doing here is saying, use this as an excuse to give to an amazing charity. You will also know I do have an ever-so-slight competitive streak and currently I am being beaten HANDS DOWN in the fundraising stakes.  This is embarrassing.  Help me out here.
