We raise money to make life better for people living in the slums and on the streets of Kolkata, India. We fund an Indian charity to provide free medical care for poor people, free education for their children, improved housing and sanitation, and skills training to help them to become self-reliant.

Story

<div>On 23rd July Jenny, Peter, Asa and Maya will be walking 10km barefoot to raise money for a charity that helps the barefoot street people of Kolkata (Calcutta).</div> <div>We would be so grateful if you could make a donation (or join us!)</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <div>Calcutta Rescue Fund is a small charity that makes a big difference to the poor and destitute&nbsp;of Kolkata. It provides free medical care and health education for 350 people a day, and&nbsp;free education for 500 children from the poorest slums.
