I'm taking part in a 4K Santa run on 6 December in aid of St Clare Hospice.  I have my Santa costume ready, just hope the beard isn't too tickly!

When I worked at a local health centre and from friends' experiences, I know what marvellous work they do at St Clare Hospice, both helping the patients and their families.  St Clare's have to raise all their own funds which is a huge task, amounting to some £2.5M per year, and they are still managing year on year to improve their services.  So if you can help me in some little way to raise some funds I would be very grateful.

I'll let you know how I get on and hopefully include a few photos after the event.
