<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>In my wisdom I have decided to enter my first Half Marathon in St Albans on 12 June 2011. In hindsight I think I should have considered the terrain before signing up, as numerous people have&nbsp;since told me how hilly St Albans is. Added to the fact that it will be the height of the summer and it certainly makes for a challenge!</p> <p>I am raising money for the Paul Sartori Foundation, which is a Pembrokeshire based charity that provides hospice at home care for people diagnosed with a terminal illness. The charity also provides support to the family and friends of the patient.</p> <p>The&nbsp;care is provided&nbsp;free of charge however, the charity requires &pound;700,000 a year to maintain the existing services. The majority of&nbsp;this income comes from donations, fundraising, house to house collections and charity stores.
