Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Jenny and I work at Columbus School and College. I'm doing this half marathon to raise money for Columbus to buy a new, state of the art piece of postural management equiptment, an Acheeva sidelyer, for our students with severely profound needs.  Postural management plays a huge role in these students' lives as it helps to keep them comfortable and relaxed and ready to learn, but also reduces the risks of developing some very complex health problems.  The Acheeva sidelyer would make this so straight forward, leaving us more time to really focus on providing enriching experiences for the students.  With your donations, these students' experiences at school will be thoughroughly enhanced and they would be very grateful for your support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank You
