I set myself the challange last year of entering a 10k run and now the time is here!!!

I have entered the South Coast 10K run in Seaford on 15th August 2010 to raise money for Cancer Research. I would be extremely grateful if you could sponsor me any amount of money for what is going to be a tough challenge for me as no matter how much training I have been doing running is not something that comes naturally to me!
