I've been wanting to run a marathon for a long time and I decided this was the year. Running has helped keep me sane. Ish.

The Samaritans help millions of people in distress. I've called them myself a couple of times when in deep despair, when there was nobody else I could talk to. It's a very important organisation and I believe many people owe their lives to its volunteers.
