I am taking part in the UK Police Unity Tour 2015. As a group we will cycle from New Scotland Yard, London to the National Arboretum in Staffordshire between 24th and 26th July 2015.

I will be cycling the 170miles in memory of officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty in order to raise money for Care of Police Survivors.

I have no doubt that this will be a huge physical and emotional challenge!
