Running the London Marathon is not an easy task, and I'm certainly starting to feel the aches and pains.  There's nothing like a refreshing run in the morning!  My mum always says that when I put my mind to something I will do it-and I know I will even if  I dont walk for weeks after!!

I know I will get through the day with the support of the crowd and other runners, but its a very daunting task-I know I will do it for this great cause:
