Hi everyone.

Me and Nessa (and various others) have decided to run the spartan race for charity. This is a 5km run with obstacles, including walls to scale, barbed wire to crawl under, fire to jump through and gladiators to dodge. A pretty average sunday really. Ive decided to raise money for a charity known as Cavendish Cancer Care, which are a small charity based in the Sheffield hospital who do some fantastic work, offering free advice, counselling and emotional support to those diagnosed with cancer and to their families. Any donations to the course would be appreciated, both by myself and by CavCare.
